When you decide to schedule an Event (Wedding, Birthday Party,
Corporate Event, Holiday Party) the following guidelines will apply:
- Before your Event will be scheduled, a minimum of 25% of the
quoted fee will be paid to Big Dawg DJ Services as a
reservation deposit for said date and will be applied toward
final payment.
- The balance of the fee will be due on/before the day of the
Event .
- If the Event has to be cancelled or rescheduled, a 2 week
notification in writing is required for the deposit to be returned.
- In the event of an Act of God (An Act of God will be
recognized as one or more of the following: Hurricanes,
Tornadoes, Flooding and Excessive Snowfall) on the day of the
Event and the Event will not take place at all, Big Dawg DJ
Services will refund deposit in full by Cashier's check within 2
weeks of cancellation by registered mail.
- If the Event is rescheduled, Big Dawg DJ service will work
with you to accommodate your needs. If we are unable to
do so, we will refund your deposit 100%
and do our best to assist you with acquiring another DJ service.
- A Displaced Wedding will take priority over all other Events,
except another previously scheduled Wedding.
- You also agree to allow Big Dawg DJ Services to use your
name and/or Event images to be used on this website for
advertising purposes.
